It's neigborhood was really calm and familial
We had lots of problems finding the hotel because of the wrong address writen on the website.Even the local taxi driver could not find it easily!
Location. Cozy and silent place near the shoreline.
Hard to find the hotel if you are arriving by foot at the night time. Better take a cab, and consult hotel staff so they tell you how to get in.
Despite having reserved the only (35 metre square) Master Suite which this tiny (12 room) hotel possesses we were initially taken to a far smaller/ vastly inferior basement room with a large kitchen area - which I had neither booked nor required. I immediately declined this particular room and was shown to their only 'Junior Suite', (Room No. 12, which was around 25 square metres, but really was not big enough to sleep 2 adults and a childp, whom it had been belatedly decided would accompany us) - which we were told would involve a supplementary charge! I disputed this and reminded the hotel's extremely young and evidently inexperienced receptionist that I had reserved the largest suite which they had available. We were then left in comparative peace - until the morning of our departure, when I was again asked to pay a £100 supplement, which I refused to settle.
Location, interior design, in-room breakfast
No signs on the route prbytiya, it is difficult to find
- the rooms were comfortable and clean - service personnel was friendly - breakfast was enough and good quality although coffee was not included. We needed to ask for it - the beach was very near, nice and quiet - you could get to Yalta comfortably and cheap by nearbybus station
- as of 23 o'clock there was no hot or comfortably warm water any more (on two days of 5) - when you come back at night you need either an own car a taxi or a torch light because the way from the bus station is very dark! - in the restaurant near the beach they sold me a fish for 29 € by a trick
